Able to be totally air conditioned when all windows/doors are closed. Solar water heater, fully equipped with security bars in a walled compound with restricted electronic access. Lighted garden and pool just off patio, ceiling fans.
Housekeeper one day per week included, approx. 10am to 4pm. Will launder bed linen, towels, clean floors, kitchen and bathrooms May be engaged for other personal laundry at additional cost.
Rental charges short/long term: One month minimum Rent: Bds $3,500 per month.
