Maintenance & Fees

The maintenance fees are based on the square footage of the unit. At present the fee per square foot is $3.90. The current monthly fees are as follows. (Note: These fees might vary very slightly from unit to unit.)

  • 2 bed $850
  • 3 bed $1,250
  • Penthouse $2,100

There is a payment discount of 10% if fees are paid by the 28th of the month.

The fees include the following main benefits:

  • Consolidated fund
  • Manager on-site weekdays 8am – 4pm with 24 hour call out service
  • Unit management of rented properties at a very competitive fee
  • ADSL wireless service
  • Pool upkeep and provision of pool furniture
  • Daily postal delivery
  • Maintenance of external lighting
  • Periodic newsletter for owners and tenants
  • Watchful eye on vacant units
  • Trash disposal
  • Availability of recommended tradesmen and assistance for tradesmen to gain access to units when owners and tenants absent
  • A car washing service is available by arrangement, payable by the unit owner or tenant
